This year has been an overwhelming for me in terms of gaining knowledge and sharing the experiences with the colleagues and the seniors.
The studies helped me a lot to be motivated and become a highly approachable communicator and facilitator to some one who is younger to you.The five subjects covered in this semester were very significant in making me understand the proper use of knowledge,commitment and patience in regards to understand the needs of the students.
By merging the theory and practice together it is futher stated that teaching is a constant phase of learning which changes the attitudes and provides a good notion to a human being.The standards provided by the NSWIT are really important to be as the teacher need to have a platform or barrier for growth and reaching the standards.
support from seniors,teacher education,school and the students are the four parameters who gives the oppurtunityto an individual to assess as a teacher and how to improve the teaching practices futher.
Hence I would say every thing I have learnt and experience are the ways of improvising my skills.
